OUR MISSION:The mission of Team Life is to build the body of Christ by each person fulfilling their calling and serving to make an eternal difference.

WHAT IS TEAM LIFE? Team Life is a group of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Host Team, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving on a Childrens or Student Ministry Team, to crafting a dynamic experience with the Worship Team, to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a Small Group or partnering with the Growth Track Team—we are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.

TEAM LIFE DESCRIPTIONS:
Here are the various ways to get plugged into Team Life at PBC!
A-Team (Administration):
Our team uses our gift of administration to support PBC teams by using computer skills, data entry, and attention to detail.
Requirements: Age 18+, Background check

Adventure Kidz (Preschool: Infant - Kindergarten):
Our team creates a safe and happy environment for infants and small children so that their parents can fully engage in our worship services. We minister to children through Bible stories, worship, prayer, personal interaction, and hands-on activities.
Requirements: Background check
Adventure Zone (Children: 1st-5th Grade):
Our team invests in the lives of children so that they develop a love for God and for others. We accomplish this through worship, Bible teaching, prayer, games, small groups, and personal interaction.

Baptism Team:
Our team assists believers through the baptism experience at the end of each Sunday morning service.

Dwell (Student Ministry):
Our team helps students get connected through our Sunday morning Junior High and Sunday evening Senior High experience. We assist in leading small groups and serving at the PBC student table on Sunday morning.
Requirments: Background check

Events Team:
Our team serves at church-wide events by setting up decorations, facilitating activities, and coordinating food.
​
First Responders Team:
Our team stands ready to provide basic medical assistance should a guest take ill or become injured. This team follows proper medical protocols while providing comfort to the families.
Requirements: Medical certification, Background check
Greeting Team:
Our Team welcomes people to PBC at the front doors and hands out programs at the entrance to the auditorium. We work to foster an atmosphere of acceptance and love as we cheerfully greet guests, address needs, and speak words of encouragement.
Growth Track Host Team:
Our team serves as the hosts of Growth Track, greeting guests, providing materials, serving food, and helping others to discover their next steps at PBC.
Guest Reception Team:

Our team meets with guests at the end of each service to provide information about the church, answer any questions they may have, and connect them to our church ministries.
Hospitality Team:
​
Our Team prepares and hosts coffee and light snacks before each Sunday worship service. We intentionally engage guests with a friendly smile and an encouraging word.
​Parking Team:
Our team serves as the first impression for those coming to PBC by welcoming people on and off the property and by providing a safe and efficient parking experience.
Prayer Team:
Our team prays over each worship service in the Prayer Room. Prayer Team members also pray with those who need prayer during this time.
Safety Response:
Our team addresses possible threats and safety concerns on the property giving special attention to the preschool and chidlren's ministry areas.

Set-up/Take-down Team:
Our team facilitates PBC events by setting up or taking down the chairs in the worship center as needed.
SHEEP (Special Needs Children's Ministry):
​
Our team serves children with special needs, providing specific and intentional care during the 9:30am worship service.
Requirements: Age 14+, Background Check
​
Ushers:
Our team leads guests to their seats, oversees the offering, and helps maintain a distraction-free environment. We provide a personal touch to our worship experience by serving as hosts in the main auditorium.
​
Welcome Center:
Our team welcomes visitors and provides guests with information about our church, small groups, various ministries, and room locations.
Worship and Audio-Visual Team:
Our team facilitates a powerful worship experience through vocals, instruments, and audio engineering. We also enhance our worship service with the use of cameras, lighting, and digital media.
